Ambrose Hotel

Loved the place, had a very good stay in advance.

We expected that there would be bar, but we didn't find it.

The property is immaculately clean with a modern design, and the full English breakfast is hearty.

It was a well priced place, had genuinely helpful staff on service. It had central location close to Willie Horne.

Didn't like the area, it was quite poor.

Had just perfect stay at ambrose hotel and the weather was lovely. Perfect breakfast, especially fruit juices and toast, the staff was affable! Its location was decent, just 5 minutes walk from Club M.

Everything was great, brilliant staff, perfect location not far from beaches and the high peaks, shops and the theatre. The room was warm with exceptionally comfortable beds. The full English breakfast was included and had lots of food.

Cosy, cheap hotel with hard-working people and ideal location close to Lake District. It was good place to stay.

Staff and amenities were fab and I especially thoroughly enjoyed that the place was fairly clean. Bathroom there was clean.

Everything was excellent, it had free wifi, no complaints. The staff were efficient and attentive, were waiting for us in the good reception.

Impeccably clean pet-friendly hotel, the staff and drinks were very good. The room was bright with the wifi being stronger to reach all of the rooms.

Brilliant location, fine beds, savoury breakfast. A family queen room was well priced and I enjoyed it. The downstairs bar was executive and the staff were very gracious. Hotel was ideally located and had a perfect decor. Thanks to an exceptional service I had a decent stay.

Good service, kind staff, proper english breakfast. The units are freshly decorated, huge. And it's really close to the beach, south lakes and Lake District.

We stayed 1 night and it was a fantastic fit. Restaurant was average and clean. Impeccable location, just a short walk away from Club M.

Facilities were new, nonetheless internet was terrible.

I didn't want to leave, spent enjoyable time and would recommend. I really enjoyed the central location plus the stuff where more than helpful. I had nice size double room with good facilities, the veranda, tv.

Tidy and pleasant hotel, absolutely superb breakfast. Peaceful location, easy to get anywhere. I had a spacious bedroom. The service was efficient in my opinion.

the location was great, satisfactory breakfast, attractive and competitive value for money. the staff was accommodating all the time. we enjoyed our 2 nights here.
